To provide a safe and loving environment for animals in need, while working to promote responsible pet ownership and reduce pet homelessness through adoption, education, and spay and neuter services.

What we do
Our Services
Rescuing Pets
We specifically work to rescue pets from the Mercer Co Animal Shelter in Harrodsburg KY by hosting adoptions events, or finding placements in rescues or foster families
education
We help to educate the public on pet ownership, care, and the importance of spay and neutering
Finding Pets a Home
We host adoption events weekly to help socialize the pets and help the public meet their next loving companion
Spay & Neuter
We work with local veterinarians to help support low cost spay and neuters for families in need

Adopting a Pet
Adopting a pet is a commitment and we are here to help you find the best companion for you and your family. All of our adoptable pets are listed on the Adopt page. These pets are either available through PuppyLoveKY Rescue or are current residents of the Mercer Co. Animal Shelter in Harrodsburg KY.
MakING a Donation
PuppyLoveKY is fully funded through donations. Every dollar donated makes a difference in the life of a shelter pet. We use donations to get the animals spayed, neutered, and fully vaccinated so they can attend public adoption events or move into foster families. All donations are tax deductible, receipts are available on request.
Get Involved
We need your help!! There are many ways to get involved from donating time at an adoption event, walking dogs who need to stretch their legs, financially supporting our efforts, or becoming a foster parent to save a life!
If you are interested in voluntering, we most definitely have a place for you!
